LG transmission

My experience at LG Transmission was absolutely outstanding! I called LG when I was out of state having issues with my radiator hose. They went out of their way to provide me with the best customer service a person could ask for. First let me start by saying, the radiator hoses I needed were only available at the dealership. LG called all of there part distributors to see if they could order the part. It was not available. The manager took the time to call the Mercedes Benz dealership and they had the part. The manager ordered the part, trusted me to drive to the shop from out of state to have my car repaired. The manager placed me on the repair schedule, gave me expert advice and support. She called me back several times to make sure my vehicle was in condition to make the 3 hour

Andre and his team are exceptional! They are skilled, honest, and very pleasant to work with. After an unscrupulous local Jeep dealership told me I needed over $7,000 in repairs, Andre fixed the issues for a small fraction. His skill and integrity are hard to find. We only take our vehicles there and recommend highly.

LG transmission is the best.They have friendly and experienced staff. They are honest and straightforward about your vehicle. They strive to make sure the customer is satisfied from parts to services. I had struts, swaybars, tune up all done in a short time and they were able to do a few added touches to fix other things too. Shondra and Andre are awesome people. I trust them.l for any future services. Thank you guys for doing am excellent job.

This shop is amazing because the owners truly care about your experience! I needed a starter in my truck and they cared for it same day I brought it in and I was able to pick it up before they closed. It was well done, timely and above and beyond to provide same day service!
