He hears me and has gone the extra mile to answer questions abt my car. after owning my Nissan rogue for two years I still need help with some of the commands... especially when I can't get them to work

I always trust going to the dealership vs the quick change shops. Sure the price may be a little higher, but they do offer specials and coupons. Dan Morrow my service rep was knowledgeable prompt and attentive to my needs. And even close to Closing he sent me all my paperwork the next day as he said he would. Called to get an estimate for brakes before scheduling. The service advisor was not able to give me a estimate because "he didnt have parts pricing" and said it could be anywhere between $500-$800 for front and another $500-$800 for back. He didnt even ask what make or model it was. Updated review in response to the reply from lia - I tried to offer more information including specific vehicle information & vin, but your service advisor refused to provide an estimate for parts & labor. The response i received was "Well i dont know how much the parts are, so i can't give you an exact price. I can only give you the price of labor. If you want to know how much the whole job is going to cost I can transfer you over to parts and you can ask them how much the parts are." How about if a custome

I recently brought my car in for an oil change. Dan Morrow took care of me at LIa. He answered all my questions in a friendly and professional manner and my service was completed in the hour time frame he promised me.
