Neiman took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and made me feel heard and respected. When I arrived, the location was easy to find with convenient parking. I was welcomed warmly, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Within just a few hours, they were able to clearly explain what was going on with my car. Neiman called promptly with updates, and everything was handled exactly as promised — including the timeline and getting the necessary parts. It’s rare to find this level of service, transparency, and follow-through. I highly recommend Liberty Auto Body to anyone who needs reliable and professional car repair.

I have a 2023 Subaru Forester fleet company car through Wheels which needed some auto body repair work on the rear bumper and tailgate. I brought it to Liberty Auto Body as they were recommended through Wheels Fleet company as an approved repair facility. Overall, I had an excellent experience with them. They provided excellent quality of work in a very timely manner. The auto body repair work is flawless. Neiman, the owner, provided excellent customer service. He works closely with the local Enterprise Rental facility in Woonsocket and coordinated a rental car for me as needed which I was able to pickup and drop off at the repair shop. Their staff is very friendly and accommodating and cleaned/detailed my car upon picking it up. I highly recommend Liberty Auto Body!

I recently had to have my car repaired . My sister had her car repaired (someone had hit her car’s left rear side in a parking lot) in May 2025. Her insurance company Amica had recommended Liberty Auto Body as one of the places that she could bring it.They did a superb job - that is why I also chose them. . The car was done in a timely manner . Neiman was extremely helpful. He is very professional and honest. The car looks new again - outstanding quality of work . I highly recommend Liberty Auto Body.

My car was side swiped by a bus and had a lot of damage. I used the carEZ program through mapfre. I looked around and some other places could take my car for nearly a month. I called liberty auto and he got me in immediately. The owner is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond with great service. He called me with updates, got the job done quickly, and even cleaned the car inside and out. When I got my car back it looked brand new again. Nicest experience I have ever had dealing with my car getting fixed. Thank you for everything!!

I just picked up my 2009 Pontiac Vibe today. The roof was all peeling and looked pretty nasty. Those guys did a great job. I have never used them before but if I knew the incredible job they did I would have them do the hood as well. Like I said, I never used them before but by the looks of all the good reviews they got, I tried them. Great job guys! Now that I know they know what there doing and it's someone I can trust. I'll have to bring it back to get the hood done. Thanks again! 👍 👍
