The only time that I had a smooth and straightforward experience buying a vehicle was with Todd’s Motorcycle. I stopped by on a Saturday, greeted by AJ and said I wanted to take a look at the inventory and they showed me the showroom and let me take a look without being over my shoulders. I asked them to give me an estimate on my Triumph Speed Twin, and I got a fair price estimate. They didn’t ask for a phone number and email. 7 days later I showed up ready to trade-in my motorcycle to buy one of the used ones. Fair prices, never felt like I am dealing with salesmen pushing stuff down my throat. Amazing experience and I am happy with my purchase. Will definitely be back again. Thank you AJ and Todd.

A+ Experience. I went to Todd’s not knowing what to expect, I usually steer clear of dealerships of any type because I have had pushy, over beating sales people before. This was the exact opposite. I had the pleasure to deal with A.J. He was there to help with any questions I had and not breathing down my neck as I looked around. I ended up buying a bike with no hassles, quick and easy and left there knowing I’ll be a return customer. I never leave reviews but again was pleasantly suprised with my experience. Went and checked out a bike that we were interested in. Asked if we could take out for a test drive. Sales person stated that we cannot take for test drive ?There policy? NO TEST DRIVE === NO SALE = Cash stayed in my pocket. They may also not charge for the documentation Fee for the sales paperwork but they don't get it registered for you either, so it don't matter if they don't charge for documentation fee. Because now you need to spend more money to rent a trailer and a trailer hitch if you don't own one. We will take our hard earned cash to a dealer that wants our business, pay the documentation fee and they do the running to the registry. Better customer service means more sales for your dealership.
