Was having Electrical issues with my car called Liberty the same day came in electrical system diagnosed by the Liberty Technician issue found car repaired same day saved money on NOT being stopped by the POLICE for tail lights being inoperative. I had a Cadillac 2006 DTS I’ve been taking it to the same mechanic for the past three years in and out every few months trying to keep my car maintenance so I don’t lose out while these guys fixing everything and in the past three years I’ve spent $28,000 on my Cadillac DTS 2006 Keep in mind I know it’s an old car but I bought it in good condition 54,000 miles and just recently lost it at 95,000 miles. While these guys fixing everything And adding parts that’s defective I Had to keep going back over and over every few months for them to replace a part that they fixed that was defective spending more money thousands of dollars on things that they recommended but not on what was really the problem I’ve recently just lost my Cadillac And I’ve been taking it to these guys for three years I tru

The customer service was great. However, when I got my vehicle back I had more problems and leaks that I did not have prior to bringing my car in. (Radiator hose leak and a crack in my Radiator or my caliber (brake) hose leak) I'm not sure if they thought because I was a female or that my warranty was going to cover the bill they could get over. Or I would have to bring my car back to them to get the damaged fixed. Fortunately, for me I have my own mechanic and he spent the week fixing the problems they created and verifying that certain things that they said were needed were not.

I have a 2009 Town & County Van that have been given us a major problem. No regular mechanic could fix it. But I remember I use to go to Liberty years ago and they did a miracle. Thanks for your service.

Customer service was great, despite coming in for not a big job they contacted me and gave me full details every chance they could get on my vehicle. Affordable & great service here!!
