Based on my experience, this place operates on empty promises, pressure tactics, and demands for upfront payment before delivering anything of value. Once the money is gone, so is the accountability. If you’re thinking about paying upfront—don’t. You’d be better off flushing your cash down the toilet. At least that would be honest. The people working at this location appear to be trained to talk fast, dodge responsibility, and redirect blame while the owner stays conveniently out of reach. I read all the bad reviews on this business and called anyway.I called Liberty auto parts to find out if they had a left side mirror and the guy said yes 2 in stock. I came down spoke to the guy that I spoke to on the phone and he said it will be available tomorrow. I said you claim it is in stock why would I have to wait until tomorrow. He wanted me to pay $100 for it now and come back. I said no he said bye very rudely. Hope this place goes out of business soon. Went across the street and got it for way cheaper and was happy to do business with them.

⚠️⚠️ Warning to others — avoid this business at all costs.⚠️⚠️ I paid this store $1,200 upfront for a part I never received. When I asked for a refund, they hid behind a “no refund” policy and refused to return my money. After waiting nearly 3 months, I had no choice but to take them to court (7 months later) I won the case. Even with a court judgment against them, they still refuse to answer, refund, or resolve the issue. This place is run by scammers who play with people’s hard-earned money. I’m now having to involve a marshal to collect what is legally owed to me. I will keep everyone posted on updates, and once my issue is resolved, I’m willing to help others who may have gone through the same. DO NOT BUY ANY PART UNSEEN DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY UNTIL YOU INSPECT. That lanky Caucasian male at the front is the epitome of a low life and will meet the right person one day to do what is needed. He is Extraordinarily quick to take your money but when there part shows up and it’s not the correct part or even worse the correct part but looks damaged “there’s nothing they can do about” I bought a used radiator sight unseen and when it was pulled and shown to me the next day the entire bottom of the radiator was pinched and the fins were completely damaged to the point of being unacceptable. He claimed that it “would hold coolant” but that’s not reassuring considering replacing radiators are expensive in labor and it’s not worth taking the chance. I told him this radiator part is in a

This place is a scam. Left a $200 deposit but couldn’t deliver the part for more than 3 business days. Instead of fighting with them I left. Looking at the people working behind the counter it seems they need the $200 more than I do. I hope you guys feed your family with my money you guys seem like you really need the money. If you needed the cash because you guys couldn’t feed yourselves then you should have just mentioned it I would have given you $200 and some food.
