This review is for MY one and only experience with Ali at Liberty Auto Service. I had called around to multiple inspection stations, I did leave them a voicemail to schedule an inspection appointment, before 2:00pm on 11/26/2025. They were the most convenient location and were recommended. I received a call back and i asked if there was availability for a same day vehicle inspection appointment. I was told yes and secured an appointment for 4:00pm. I took time off of work to make it to this appointment. I pull up a couple of minutes before 4:00pm and Ali was walking to the shop and tells me that they can’t help me today. I said I have an appointment and he asked who did I speak to. I've been a customer of theirs since 2023, and I've taken every car I've owned there, from inspections to mechanical repairs. The guys are very friendly and know what they're doing! 10/10 with the service I receive each time. The prices are affordable and the quality of the work is excellent.

I have had mixed experiences here. They do good work, and charge fair prices. They found a defect in our car that other shops were unable to identify, fixing a clunking noise that we had. However, one of their employees backed another customer's car into ours, damaging our bike rack and rear bumper. Not too surprising since their parking lot is typically very full and not organized. They compensated us for this damage, but I had to return to the office several times in person to get the refund due to mysterious issues with the credit card system. They rarely answer the phone. So its a mix. I hope they get better about answering the phone and promptly providing refunds when warranted, and organize their parking better.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. They are fast, honest, and great at what they do! Another place quoted me $600, they quoted over $300 LESS, then discovered the problematic part just needed a good cleaning, and didn’t charge me a dime! I will always take me my car here!

0/100 i was quoted $700 to fix my car, but I chose to go to another garage and they completed the same repair for $150. I have also been trying to contact your team for the past three days, but no one has answered my calls or returned my messages. This experience was very disappointing. Bad Garage 👎
