Liberty Wash - South Knoxville

Always a great wash. Hot water, clean bays, good vacuums, trash always taken out. If I ever have any problems (which have never been never been anything a phone call couldn't solve) I know I can get ahold of the owner. The Dog wash is AMAZING if you haven't used it yet you are seriously missing out!!! Quit paying 90 dollars to groom your pets!!! Go to Liberty it's temp control, great lighting and has security cameras.. always feel safe. The dog wash even has flea and tick in it and the conditioner smells so good. They also have a membership program that saves you a ton of money if you wash you car a lot like I do.

The car wash is pretty good and very rarely out of order like some others. However the 5 star is for the dog wash. No more trying to hang on to the dog, getting soaked in the process, plus the prep work if they are an outdoor dog (we used to wash the pups in our shop which meant getting everything off the floor and blocking their exit. It's like they think they're going to melt or something but a kiddie pool of water they'll lay in. Errr dogs. Anyway...) and then the clean up. It would eat up half the day or more. Now? Well, we just load them up, drive to the car/dog wash, walk them in the room, remove the leash and go to scrubbing and rinsing. Plus no need to bring shampoo or anything other rhan some quarters. After trail riding in my Jeep, it was difficult to find a decent car wash in the area, but Liberty was great! Good pressure, everything worked, nice and clean, and I didn't need rolls of quarters as it has card readers!

So I understand current times with inflation BUT if your going to charge $1.00 for vacuum and it runs shorter time then the 50¢ one across town I think it should run for the same if not longer timing 🤷🏽 also having to vacuum next to full trash cans with flies buzzing all in my car is an inconvenience enough just there…don’t get me started on spending $2.00 on 1 air freshener because the vending machine wasn’t refilled correctly, unless that is part of the plan…also received a worse wash job then I’d get at the quarter wash…long story short I’ve learned my lesson, stick to quarter wash or go to PDQ wash it too is a quarter and the automatic wash is just as great as washing it yourself in the bay.

I went to Liberty today. Washed my car. The cost was beyond reasonable and I had plenty of time. I went to vacuum my car but needed change. The change machine wouldn't receive the 2 dollars I had. I saw an employee and asked for change. He gave me $1.50 but would not accept my $1. I highly recommend this car wash.
