If you are ever in a tight spot and have a flat tire, do not go here looking for assistance anywhere near the end of the day. I picked up a piece of metal in my tire at 4:25 PM right in front of their business pulled in to see if they could help me out, and I have dealt with them before. But they said no we can’t help you because we are going to be closing soon. Closing time is 5 PM. Actually waited there a half hour in the parking lot for another mechanic to come and give me a hand as they would not simply plug or patch a tire with a half hour left to the day. They were sitting in chairs and wiping down tools and cleaning their personal vehicles. I am battling stage 3 pancreatic cancer, and you can visibly tell that I am sick. The guys at Lifeline are honest, fair and do a great job. One time they even painted the weights for my tires to match the color of the rims. I would never go anywhere else.
The most honest and reliable auto shop I’ve ever been to. I recommend them to every single person I know and after their first visit they use life line exclusively afterwards. They do phenomenal work and have great prices. They have saved me countless times and I’m so grateful.
Traveling a round trip from NJ to Florida, alone with my infant, and suddenly I was experiencing issues with the AC and the navigation system. I was panicked that I would never find someone to help get things back to normal to make it home without needing to visit a dealership... Lifeline not only took it in within MINUTES and they reset the system / assisted with reconnecting navi system free of charge! Also charged the AC system so I could make it home to eventually have it taken care of under warranty. The thought of traveling in FL with an infant with no AC was terrifying but these guys really went above and beyond! Could tell they genuinely cared more than any other shop would have!
A nice relaxed atmosphere auto shop, that provides professional, experienced, service in an easy going way. Probably the best I've been to.
