Absolutely horrible customer service!!! I will be finding out the corporate information and I definitely am filing a complaint. I’m sorry but you don’t get to just hang up on people when you feel you’re being talked over. How bout maybe just listening to my concerns!!! This company is just like the rest of the companies extremely rude and unprofessional!!! I’m extremely upset with the service over been receiving I actually would like to speak the main manger. Hopefully someone actually reads these and tries to make things right.

Jeff made the whole process easy and seamless. Installation was quick and everything was explained well. Definitely put my nerves at ease.

My device stopped working two hours before they closed. First person put me on hold and hung up. Second person told me to jump the battery even though I was currently jumping it. She said it wasn’t long enough I have to wait and call back in five minutes? By the third person it was 4:30 and they were on their way out the door so god forbid they do any work. Basically shuffled me around until they left. 4th person stays on later, told me she would call me back. Thirty minutes later I call and she said she forgot. This whole time I’m sitting in my truck at 7/11 at a gas pump. I had to tow my truck. That was last Thursday. Today’s Monday and I still haven’t had any assistance with it. They’re saying it’s $90 every ten miles for a technician. I scheduled for a tech on Thursday the same day. St

Wont remove device from car I purchased from a family member over a week ago even though it’s not mine and I have no contract with this company they do. Will charge him 10k if I remove it from MY car. “Supervisor” is unprofessional and rude and wants to charge me $1500 for a bypass code. Also hangs up on people. Won’t let me speak to the real supervisor. My attorney will be in touch. This is an obstruction of my constitutional right to free travel. Complete racket they are running over there. Shame on you. Have a real supervisor call me with a rational solution so we can resolve this.
