Lifesaver Towing

The person at the front desk conveniently lies. She said 30-40 mins someone will be there. 90 mins in, I called and she said some traffic and 40 more minutes. I confronted that there is no traffic and that is when she said she had to divert the driver somewhere else. So comms, just kept me waiting. It's 2+hours, still nothing and I came home now.

Didn't even get my tow yet and I'm writing a review....I have to pay out of pocket and other tow services were ridiculous, these guys were comparable but cheaper so I gave em a call. Customer service was excellent; friendly, thorough, and had saved my info even though I spoke to 2 different ladies. I didn't have my stuff together and had to bug them 3 times coordinating, and they were extremely understanding and accommodating! With the weight of unknown repair cost and the stress of not having a vehicle it sure is nice to not have the stress of towing added. They have options to pay cash or card, can accommodate my lowered vehicle with a flatbed, and had no problem scheduling my tow for tomorrow morning (between 9 and 10, not 9 and good luck!!) even offering a reminder call. To be honest, I was stressed out and rude as hell when I first called, and everyone was so helpful, polite and friendly. The tow truck driver was awesome, really professional and down to earth. Overall, great experience, and all for a good price. Would definitely recommend!

I had Lifesaver Towing take my older sports car over the hill to my mechanic. They did a fantastic job, from start to finish. The person I spoke to was courteous and had a flatbed to my place within the hour. I was charged the quoted price, which was reasonable. The tow driver was very courteous and professional and dealt with access issues very well. I've had many tows over the years and this was the best by far.

I was 100% satisfied with this towing company. My husband and I have a 3500 Dodge ram duly that broke down in our driveway. We needed it towed to San Mateo for repair. Lifesaver Towing had the right truck to haul our big truck up the mountain and to San Mateo. Not only did they have an adequate size truck with 4 wheel drive but the driver was so professional and did such an excellent job. His name was Ross. I highly recommend him. Also what I liked about the company is their customer service. The woman the schedule the tow was experienced. If ever I need this sort of service again I will definitely call this company and I recommend them to anyone.
