I had an excellent experience at Liftoff Wheels & Tires, and I can’t recommend them enough. Mohammad went above and beyond to help me and provided truly outstanding customer service. I went in for a flat tire repair, and to my surprise, they fixed it in just 5 minutes. The entire staff was kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. Mohammad also took the time to guide me on choosing the right tire options in case I decide to replace my old tires in the future. He explained everything clearly and honestly, without any pressure. What really impressed me the most was their kindness and integrity—they did not charge me anything for the flat tire repair and genuinely said there was no need to pay. They were very helpful and answered all my questions and help me pick out the right tires and the right rims for my truck. Again thank you, 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone. Great company. Was shopping for lift, wheels and tires. I almost made a decision with another company when a friend told me to swing by and talk to this place first. Thank God he did. They took their time and were patient with me for about an hour as I had 1 million questions and looked at several options. Great customer service and pricing. Due to their service I made a purchase on the spot. 

If I could give 10 stars I would. After been disappointed after going to my actual car dealership and there failure to stick with the appointment. I thought that I would just give up on getting new tires and leveling kit installed. But I heard about this company and figure that I would give them a call. To no surprise, they were welcoming, professional, accommodating and fair pricing. They got me in and out in matter of a few hours. Such a hiding gem. I will definitely recommend to others when it comes to wheels/ tires. Great job fellas!!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with LIFT OFF I brought my vehicle in for some custom modifications, and the level of professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship blew me away. From start to finish, the communication was clear, honest, and helpful. They took the time to explain everything, offered great suggestions, and treated my vehicle like it was their own. The modifications turned out better than I imagined — clean, precise, and exactly what I wanted.
