Terrible terrible customer service not only are you waiting for a long time to get your tires changed which yeah every tire place is like that but these guys don’t even come up to you and tell you how long it’s gonna take. They don’t check you in nothing so how is first come first serve being tracked????? After waiting for about 30 mins i decided to go into the shop myself where i was met with the young buck with the “Etna supply co” shirt on. I respectfully asked how long it was going to take an hour two hours? And he said I don’t know And he told me I could leave my truck if I wanted couldn’t give me a time frame or anything. he was very disrespectful gave me an attitude. Do yall self a favor fire him. Absolutely incredible people & business! Couldn't recommend enough! Our family was on our way up north when our alternator died. A guy that was there named Adam towed us from the off ramp to their shop. Craig and Trenten worked so quickly on our truck and had us back on the road in no time. Totally impressed! 10/10 recommend this shop and people!! Lighthouse car care is the best!!

Once a space opened I was in and out. Busy place but for a good reason, excellent service. Thank you, I’ll be getting my oil changes here from now on.

Consistently good service. Will let you know if they see a issue with your car even if they can't fix it. Oil change is full service with top off of all fluids and air pressure check of all tires. Not always cheapest price on tires, but will install tires you provide. Have been a customer for over 10 years. Will always try to squeeze you in if they can.

As an out of town guy on vacation needing a simple tire repair, the first thing I noticed was how unorganized they are and the disregard to customer service this place has. No front desk or service manager to direct you how business is conducted here was strange to me. Very happy with the service I got at Steve's auto & truck repair! Skip the hassle and just go there for your needs.
