Ordered a part online after 6 pm, and it arrived at 2pm the next day. Bought a few other items when I went to pick it up. Very nice auto parts store. There were 3 people working and everyone was busy. Great selection of parts and products for your automotive repairs.
Id give them no stars if I could. Absolutely the worst part store I've ever dealt with. Never have the parts they say they have. Don't have the stuff I got emailed saying was ready for pickup. And half the people there don't know anything. I have never dealt with such Idiocracy with a part store in my entire life. This last transaction will be my last for napa. Absolutely ridiculous.
They don't make them like this anymore. Great place.
I had an emergency today while driving down US 31 with my wiper blade in a down pour and stopped in and explained the problem and they fixed it for me so I could safely make it to holland with my mom and my 5 year old. They are absolutely amazing and I will not soon forget this act of kindness! Thank you fellas!! Happy Easter!
