This was my first visit to Lightening Automotive. As an older woman I went hoping to find honesty, respect, fair prices, and quality work. I found them all right there!! And some great conversation besides. Jamie and his mechanics at Lightening are now my go to for any vehicle issues in the future. Thank you Lightening!!

Integrity is important, and the people at Lightning Automotive conduct their business well. Believe me when I say: Finding a trustworthy automotive shop is a task unto itself, no one likes static — know what I mean? If you're someone who has some background as a mechanic, then you understand that you never know what you're going to get with someone else's work. For this reason, I typically perform all of my own work and even avoiding 'quick lubes' for something as simple as an oil change. i have used lighting auto several times. My car broke down on the interstate. 2.5 weeks later, they still can't tell me what is wrong. i had my car towed there, i am about to lose my job. i told them i have chronic hypertension, i need my 06 honda civic to get to work. Long story short, they lied to me for 2 weeks. jamie is sick, this and that. 2 1/2 weeks later i had it towed out of there. I do not recommend them. I had the replace my heater core in my 05 honda element, it does not work, $800 down the drain. One lie after another. Not to mention the towing cost, i am out of pocket. i live in ranchester. I had hem replace my heater core, paid them $840. i just looked, all the did was charged me an extra $105 to flush it. it still has the original heater core in it. total of $840 just to fl
