My truck needed an emergency tow, and I contacted State Farm, who assigned Lil Pete to come tow. After about an hour, I received a notification that Lil Pete would arrive between 45 and 75 minutes. An hour after that message, I received another notification that the would arrive within 3-33 minutes. Still another hour after that, they still did not show up. I contacted State Farm, and when they asked Ljl Pete for an update, they said they were running behind “due to weather”. What weather? I’ve been sitting outside in shorts and short sleeves for 3 hours this whole time waiting for them to show up.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I gave 1 star because I had to write a review. I have a full size truck and This company towed my vehicle with a regular tow truck and not a flat bed in mountains of snow. 2. The company would not answer the phone, to rack up charges. Finally got a hold of them on the seventh day and 1700.00 later they release my truck to go get fixed somewhere else. The company prey on people when they need help. DECEITFUL practice!! SCAMMERS. They are on the BBB TOO YOU’VE BEEN WARNED

My 2025 SUV MB Rental had a glitch and locked me out of the vehicle with the key on the seat. Enterprise kept trying to send companies through roadside assistance to open the door. NOONE wanted to come out and open my door. They were willing to tow my car to LGA with my personal items but not open my door. I called Lil Pete's on my own 8 hours later, since none of the Enterprise vendors were willing to come out. They sent someone out within a half hour. AJ was a complete angel. He opened my door in 5 minutes. He was such a sweetheart and a complete professional. The price was more than fair. Exactly what I needed after such a terrible day.

They left me high and dry. Accepted a tow through my insurance at 10:30 am with a 35 minute eta. It has been 8 hours they are a no show. People and work were affected. The dispatcher was rude and dishonest... Hang up and putting me on hold

Promised to show up at 11:02am, called and bob said 40 mins. Called an hour later and they just sent a text saying a tow truck is on the way. It’s almost been 2 hours since the initial promised time. Their excuse is that said it was the rain which it’s very light rain. Avoid them if you can!
