Lima Auto Mall

I took my 25 CT5 in for 7500 mile service supposed to do a tire rotation. It was not done and I am 100% sure because I had a curb rash on right rear tire, checked that today the tires were not rotated. My receipt showed it was done as well. Hmm, such an easy task but I have to question the integrity here. Now I question anything that was or was not done. Highly disappointed this time!

So kinda of a mixed review here because the salesman I had Eric was great as well as the people in finance my issue is the dealership and I also both missed it had a slight bend in one of the chrome rims and you can’t notice it unless you are driving 55+ and even then not much at all when I noticed it I had already bought the truck now I get this was a used truck being a 2018 but the dealership refused to do absolutely anything at all which to me is absolutely ridiculous considering they should have caught this during the inspection when they brought the truck in that’s the reason you pay a higher price at a dealership highly disappointed because other then them basically telling me get lost it’s your truck now I had a good experience should have known all dealers are only out for number 1

Had my C7 2016 Corvette in for a fan blower motor repair and had it back in two days. I bought the extended warranty at Lima Auto Mall please get the warranty they 0ffer. My bill would have been over a $1,000 dollars cost me $100 Keith the service manager and his staff are always spot on. Ryan Swaney general car sales manager goes out of his way for servicing the customer! Thanks everyone i even gave the service Manager money for buying pizza.

I only called never been in, but whatever lady answered the phone was terrible. Very rude and snarky.

Thankyou Service manager Keith there was a misunderstanding on a key I orderd for my c5 Corvette he personally called me and made it right. I have taken all my Corvettes there for years. Great mechanics thanks guys!
