Can't get it out cause it's not my car? Great. Can't pay what's owed without ability to get it out? Understandable. They told me $245 'tomorrow after the holding fee', and after someone else, unbeknownst to me, gave them a bad review, bumped it up to $380. Said if we had the review removed, they'd give me back twenty dollars, after my wife mentioned we couldn't eat on the way home.

This company is greedy, petty, criminal and money hungry. My brother-in-law could not get their car out of impound despite being the husband or the primary of the title forcing me to drive 6+ hours in freezing rain conditions to pick up my sister and her kids and risk all our lives to avoid extra fees. Our mutual friend got ahold of them when my sisters transportation and arrival was unknow, to ask if her personal property within the vehicle that she desperatly needed could be returned to her and she was met with refusal and unprofessional behavior from the staff. She left a review regarding her experience and mistreatment from staff. Owner is immature and tries to get his bad reviews removed. I brought my 1776 patriot wagon in due to a cracked wooden wheel and one of my reigns was starting to split. Instead of fixing any of my problems he got intimate with my wife and ran off with her to Peru. Worst of all before he left he disassembled my vehicle bolt by bolt. Now I'm living in his basement until I can get her back running. Huge waste of time!
