I had an awful experience with Ford’s service department. Not only did they perform poor mechanic work on my vehicle—leaving me with more issues than I came in with—but I also discovered questionable practices involving insurance and charges that felt fraudulent. They promised professional repairs, but instead I dealt with repeated breakdowns, careless workmanship, and shady billing. When I raised concerns, I was brushed off and given excuses instead of real solutions. It feels like they’re more focused on squeezing money out of customers than providing honest, reliable service. I would strongly caution anyone against trusting Ford’s service centers with your car or your insurance claims. Save yourself the stress and go to a mechanic that values integrity and customer satisfaction

The Parts Dept entrance is on Jamaica, down an ally, around the corner from the Service Dept. They’ve been helpful.

The customer service staff were extremely irresponsible. I went in at 8:00 AM to get my engine oil changed, and by 11:30 AM, three and a half hours later, they still hadn't finished the job. I will never go to this shop again.

There a guy at cashier counter “Dominick” his service was very low he have no respect to customer specially when he want to cancel the order, i purchased item & he said it will be available tomorrow but after one hour purchase i change mind & went there for cancellation Order but his service, his attitude, behavior not good with me and he said he charge 25% handling charges i asked him why i not received any item i no make any return just like one hour before i placed order but now i want to cancel my Order so you refund my paid amount in my credit card but he argued with me then he play a smart game & said okay i give you credit give mw your credit card & trust him and give him card but he charge 25% and make return $730, i again asked him why you do this you need to confirm me i agree or

The only thing that needs improvement is that I bought wheels from you, but there will be additional labor costs for installation
