Lincoln of Queens Service Center

I had a great experience at Lincoln of Queens’ Service Center. The customer service was excellent, and the staff treated me with respect. The manager was very professional, and the entire team is a group of hardworking young men who clearly take pride in their work. I’m looking forward to coming back soon for my transmission fluid exchange. Plus, the free coffee was a nice touch. Highly recommend this place!

Customer service here has been among the worst I’ve experienced. Communication is poor, and the overall experience has been frustrating. When I dropped off my vehicle, it wasn’t clean , but when it was returned, the interior was dirty, some trim pieces were missing, and there were two new scratches on the exterior that weren’t there before. Despite having photos. They didn’t do anything about it. Manager just said we would talk about it when you come back to your next appointment. Most importantly, the main issues I brought the car in for were not fixed, and there has been no accountability. I’ve now been waiting weeks for parts, and despite calling multiple times for updates, I never get a callback. I would strongly suggest looking for a more reliable shop.

This place is one of the greatest places to fix my car problems. They been helping me to decide to get a second car after my 2002 expired and need a mayor repair. They are honest they give you an estimate and work around it. I like that they don’t overcharge me for the hourly service on the repairs. They honor your warranty that comes with the car of your choice

This location is the very friendly!! Ms. Evonne goes above & beyond, making sure you feel comfortable & satisfied!! She’s the BEST!! Our experience is always amazing!! Thanks Lincoln!!

Liars!!! especially Reggie the manager all dmv fees was supposed to be included when I leased a Lincoln black label and put down 15k on a vehicle at 850 a month.. during the sale they would not let me have any paperwork all virtual. When I didn’t receive the registration I contact the crooks and they send me a bill for it.
