Lincoln Repair

Was back & forth about leaving this type of review but I can’t get over this situation. My tailgate latch broke and because I never had issues with Lincoln Repair before I turned to them in hopes of fixing it. Well, $850 & 20 minutes later it was “done”. An employee told me they weren’t able to completely fix it due to electrical issues. Told me they have to leave the panel off and if I wanted to open it, I would have to crawl through the back to open it. OVER $800 FOR IT NOT TO BE FIXED! They even offered to “do some testing to see if they can fix it” for $250 more!! 😂 Not even a mile down the road my back latch opened, when I went back and told them to fix it, they offered testing for free but I would need to pay for labor & parts if it was needed. Bring your veichle here if you want to be taken advantage of! I've had so many problems with this shop. These guys tried to convince me that I needed 6k to fix my truck. This is after I already gave them about 3k for repairs that they said they fixed! Went to a different shop for a second opinion and they said my veichle had no issues. Don't believe the public reviews on them as they are likely bots or AI slop. Shame on you Lincoln repair!

Daughter home for Christmas from out of state. We noticed something leaking from her vehicle on Christmas Eve. We were able to get in right away the day after Christmas for them to assess the problem. They found leaking radiator and water pump. They were able to find a radiator and parts necessary to fix the issue the same day, so she could leave as scheduled the next day. Very reliable and reasonably priced. Great service and professionalism.

I had some issues with my vehicle, and kyle made sure I was taken care of emediatly!!!! He made sure my vehicle was safe too drive before I got my auto body done and had constant communication on where my vehicle was at in the repairs they had done too it!!! Very respectful, and genuine!!!! I can't thank you all enough for what you did and how you took care of me!!!!

Hands down one of the best ran shops I've ever seen! I called them to see if they had available for me to bring my truck in and they got me in right away. Then they actually looked at the truck and had it diagnosed in less than half a day and had the part on order. And some how managed to get the part 2 days before it was supposed to in and had it installed and had me back on the road for my trip back to Alaska. In all of this I failed to mention the most important part. They kept me imformed and updated the entire time as well work with my after market warranty no suprise cost. And then picked me up from the hotel I was staying at to get me back to my truck. I wish there was a place where I live that was this plesent and good to deal with top notch service.
