Helpful beyond the sale.. Aside from making me feel comfortable during the purchase, there were many things that were unique to my situation that Lincoln Trucks Orlando handled graciously for me. It showed me that they were invested in my experience, not just the money in their account. Robert went above and beyond to help me as different oddities arose (I was shipping the vehicle) and did it as if it were no big deal. His words, “I just want this to be a good experience for you” as yet another paperwork detail would pop up, weeks after the money was in his account. Highly recommend…

I purchased a 2003 GMC sierra from Robert. He was very helpful with details of the condition of the vehicle. Taking videos of it running and driving. Letting me know what the truck needed and help arrange shipping. I never purchased a vehicle over the phone. Robert was very honest and responsive with my questions and concerns plus no Hidden fees or surprises. He did everything as promised. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them.

I walked into this dealership with the intention to acquire a used truck and my expectations were exceeded, I had a great experience which is rare to come across these days when purchasing a vehicle. Robert, the owner, couldn't have been more welcoming and comforting. Bought a truck here. Driving it home the transmission temp got up to 214 degrees. Transmission was acting up as well. He went in it later that night he went to get something out of it, there were hundreds of roaches in it. Absolutely disgusting. Will never shop here again. And I recommend you don't either.

Worst dealer and dishonest i have dealt with. Vehicle had gas tank leaking no calipers in the rear very unsafe to drive. We called to verify vehicle was in good driving conditions and was told it was good when arriving in Florida vehicle was a dump. Don't come to this places very dishonest I have videos and paper work to prove it stay away.
