My bestfriend and I decided to go buy a car he worked with us to get us a car we liked. Everything was signed and we left.. I wake up to multiple missed calls from him claiming he’s going to come take the car, call the cops, and the DOT on us. Obviously just a scare tactic! He proceeded to scream at me on the phone and demand I tell him where the car was. I do not recommend this business!! I would never go back! He continues to call and make threatening voice mails!

Bought my mom a Pontiac Vibe from these nice people. Car still runs great and a mechanic just looked it over and only needed an oil change. Highly recommend purchasing from them. It's hard to find honest car salesmen anymore, we went to almost every place in town before realizing these guys are at. Thanks so much!!!!

Bought a car, the guy who sold it to me told me there wasn't anything wrong with it and told me all the new parts he put in it. It died at a stop light 1 MILE down the road. Took it to a mechanic myself and it has more problems than it doesn't and isn't worth fixing. They are refusing to help fix it, replace it, or give us a refund. I don't recommended this place to anyone.

I didn’t actually buy at Lincoln Way motors. They had a nice selection and fair prices. Robin is an honest guy and his wife is a very sweet lady. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is that they don’t have a huge selection, they’re hard to get ahold of, and the fact that I didn’t actually buy from them

They tried to sell me a van that needed the head gasket replaced. I had my mechanic look at it and they said it would cost just as much to repair it as they wanted for the van. So I told him I didn't want it and why. He proceeded to argue with me, tell me my mechanic was wrong, and repeatedly call me asking me to buy it. I'll never ever look for a vehicle here every again.
