Because of the confidence I have in my “PAHCP,” I felt comfortable taking my SUV to Lino’s. My vehicle had been experiencing a shudder in the transmission — a lack of smoothness when changing gears. Lino’s checked it out and, rather than jumping straight to replacing the torque converter, suggested starting with a transmission fluid change and a high-quality additive. I had already done some online research and asked about a product called Shudder Fixx, but the mechanic explained that it can cause sludge buildup and recommended a better alternative. Overall, these amazing people have been explicit with the customer service. They willingness to help, support and understand had been astonishing. Furthermore, the sense of answering a phone call on a late Saturday afternoon, put them in the top 3% of any organization. This has all been performed without me even getting a service, so I pray the service will be to the next level as well.

Long overdue review. Close to a year ago I took my Cadillac thinking the transmission was done, but they were very honest and told me they thought it just needed service, and that did it! Sadly, I will have to take it back next week. So already made the call and immediately answered questions and set me up for Monday. We return were we find the service is just right, and this is the place.

Took my truck in for transmission problem. Another shop told me I needed a new transmission. Albert drove it and did the diagnostics..turns out I only needed a relay replaced! Saved over $4000! I highly recommend Lino's for automotive work. I'll definitely go back!
