Lionz Den Garage

Had to have an interlock system installed in my 2023 Tiguan and chose to get it serviced here. Long story short, 6 weeks of having it I had a drained battery which cost me an extra $600. Only reason I found out is because we had to get it taken out. The technicians at Volkswagon mentioned how jacked they left my wires. Which led to the drained battery. “Careless tech” is what they used.

Really thankful for the team over at Lionz Den Garage. My wife’s vehicle needed urgent work ahead of a 12hr+ roadtrip. They stayed open very late to ensure the work got done in time. They were communicative, reasonably priced, and did quality work. I would recommend Lionz Den to any of my friends.

Very shady people😤😤😤 I had to take my vehicle back to them twice for the same problem and each time they charged me. Not to mention my car sat for 2 weeks before they even got to it and took them another week to "fix" the problem. (The 2nd time me returning my vehicle)They notified me that my vehicle is ready for pick up, I gets to their shop and my vehicle is half way put together. After the 3rd time and a failed emissions test they wanted to charge me again. Frustrated and $900 later, I decided to take my vehicle somewhere else. Asked for the invoice of the repairs that was done already they tell me they don't have access to my repairs invoice. After somewhere else properly repaired my vehicle, I went back and asked for at least some of my money back, they refused to work with me and tel

This shop damaged my steering column and dash for an $300 interlock install and are not answering/returning calls to schedule the “inspection” of damages. Smart start had to send a representative IN PERSON to discuss the damages and this shop has still not reached out to me after multiple voicemails and forwarded calls. SKETCHY! Shop down the road near cherry creek does installs for $150! Wish I knew that before taking this loss.

I used them to service and calibrate my smart start and they have hands down been the sweetest and easiest people to interact with throughout this whole process.
