Lithia Body and Paint of Roseburg

Had them repair a deer hit on my Nissan. They repaired that part nicely. They then took it upon themselves to spot paint the hood of my car. This was done without any reach out by them to me. They did a poor job on it. When asked about it they said it was "complimentary " service. Even though they had no permission from me.

I had to bring my son‘s car in to have the front end damage repaired from a car accident. Mike and Brooke were absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond just a couple examples. Mike replaced a tail light that was out which had nothing to do with the accident he also cleaned the inside of the car and Brooke filled it up with gas. If you need any bodywork done on your vehicle, I would highly recommend using Lithia body and paint in Roseburg.

If you want to work with a shop that will communicate, do quality work, and honor their warranty then LOOK ELSEWHERE. After my accident in 2024 I brought my vehicle here as it was covered by insurance and what followed was months of not getting calls back, completion dates getting changed at the last minute, and shoddy repair work. At one point I went to check on the truck and one of the shop guys openly told me that the dates I'd been given for the repairs being complete were completely unfeasible based on the amount of work they knew had to be done - ridiculous! Michael, upon finding out the part we needed was discontinued, found a source for the exact part on the internet. We ordered it and Lithia Body and Paint installed it perfectly! They finished the job on time and for a fair price. They even washed our car. Thank you all for your efforts and professionalism. If needed, we shall return to your shop.

I had a great experience with Lithia Body. Michael was very thorough in his explanations and professional and Megan was very friendly and pleasant. They were efficient and got the work done faster than I expected. I am very happy! Will definitely recommend and return if I need more work done!
