Good experience from everyone there, we brought three trades from Fairbanks, did mostly everything over the phone/computer prior to getting there. Everything was ready and streamlined when we arrived. The GM was friendly, the finance guy was friendly, the salesman was friendly, The pricing was fair, the trade allowance was fair, I can highly recommend this dealership.

I brought my vehicle in for work. I was given a rental as I live 350 miles away. Within a week my vehicle was diagnosed and parts ordered then repaired. 500 miles later still no issues. Repair is good at this time. The service department (Angie Garcia) was very helpful in keeping me informed and updated.

Very professional GM and Salesmen. Not pushy or overbearing as some dealerships are trying to get you in a new ride. Probably the most helpful, respectful, and honest people I’ve met at a dealership.

Much better customer service since last July. Kudos to Edgar, Michelle, and Angie(?) for showing me and my Ram truck the care i have become used to (unlike Dawn Bray’s treatment in July). Thank You!

The service work was resolved but the scheduling and how long they had my vehicle without being updated on the progress of the repairs was frustrating!
