I bought a new Gladiator from Jedidiah Zilar at the end of December, 2025, and I just can't say enough good things about him. He went way out of his way to make sure I was happy with the deal and, more importantly, he kept that same energy AFTER the sale. That's the true test of a salesperson, in my opinion. After I bought the vehicle, there were a few hiccups with the financing and vehicle registration, but as soon as I called Jed, he immediately worked to make things right. I swore I'd never buy another vehicle from Lithia after some bad experiences in the past, but Jed was so good to work with that I'll definitely go back to this store when it's time to trade. It's also worth mentioning that I got the best price on the Gladiator and the most money for my trade-in in a 500-mile radius.

He respected every wish I had for my new vehicle, he listened closely to what I was looking for, and despite being a busy man, he was attentive and took me for 4 test drives until I found a beautiful Jeep Renegade. Anthony in the financing department was incredible as well. He took the time to make sure I understood everything, but the signing process moved quickly. I got to the dealership at 10 AM and left with my new car at 2 PM, it was a great experience! I genuinely felt like family here. As a 23 year old woman, one thing that made me nervous going into a car dealership alone was that I would be taken advantage of, but I felt completely the opposite here, it was a smooth process with no lines crossed.
