The service reps were awesome when I came in to purchase new tires for both my truck and my car. They were very friendly and helpful during the sale. But within three days, one of my truck tires went completely flat. When I checked it, I realized they had only replaced one valve stem when installing my new tires, and the valve stem on my flat tire was leaking. I don't drive my truck much and the valve stems were over 9 years old. Replacing valve stems is standard when installing new tires at most tire shops. I learned that at a dealership you have to specifically request that they replace the valve stems, or if your vehicle is 2007 and newer, service the TPMS valves. Parts dept was great getting in a fuel Injector we needed for a 2016 jeep cherokee trailhawk asap, they were able to order Monday, and have Tuesday, to get my stranded customers back on the road in very good time. Thank you!

I had to bring my truck into Lithia two different times because they did not replace the gaskets on the other side when they were already in there replacing gaskets for an oil leak. I got the truck back the second time it was still leaking oil and there was a check engine light on. The service department I think is running a daycare center. The problem was never resolved and they said that I must have bad luck straight from the technician's mouth. I wouldn't send anybody there to somebody who just throws parts at a vehicle for $2,000. As you can see from the texts they were just trying to sell me another vehicle instead of fixing the problem! Next time I'll just go to the local shop for services done! Just fair warning to everybody.
