Service rep Bob Pearce did a great job, and kept me informed. The technician performed very well, and the vehicle was returned very clean as the under hood areas did not require me to detail myself. I mention this as I always need to remove smudges and dirt when I have oil changes. Kudos for a nice professional job.

The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. Jared assisted me with my appointment and was very courteous when I arrived. He explained what they were doing while I waited for my car. It took a short amount of time and he informed me when it was ready. I've never had a problem taking my car there.

Very mixed bag. Vehicle was serviced quickly after having it towed there on 01/05/2026. Vehicle was ready for pick up on 10/08 which was great. Was initially advised over the phone that the next available appointment was for 01/20/2026. Currently the vehicle appears to have been repaired for the reason it was towed in for. I was only told "what" the issue/problem was, but service advisor couldn't advise me the "why" the problem occurred when asked. So I guess I'll have to wait and see if I'll be back in the shop shortly or if it was repaired correctly going forward. Was eventually told by advisor he simply did not know what caused the issue/problem after pressing him for a possible explaination. I think a little effort to perhaps ask around to garner an answer would have gone a long way. G

I always have a great experience with the service department. They consistently contact me back in a reasonable timeframe and are friendly to deal with over the phone and in person. The entire service team is awesome, and I truly appreciate their efforts. However, I am disappointed that the free tire rotation service is no longer available, as I enjoyed this benefit with all my previous vehicles purchased from Lithia except for this purchase
