Litsis Towing

Litsis Towing were my daughter and I’s hero. My car died on the parkway and all I could do was get as close to the curb and railing as possible while we waited for our rescue. It was very scary for my daughter but Litsis came to our rescue. They arrived earlier than expected and got us off the road quickly and safely. They even called ODOT to have a truck come out to help get traffic to move over a bit while we waited for the tow truck to arrive. Litsis Towing truly were our heroes and I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10 on everything possible.

I recently had to get a pick up For my jeep. It went through my insurance. The company that was assigned to pick up my jeep was Litsis Towing of Redmond and BEND, Oregon.. The woman on the phone her name is Crystal. She was exceptionally helpful.. Although they had a stacked day To fit me in, they got me in!! Greg, the driver was impeccable!! Highly recommend this company to anyone who needs reliable towing service with great customer service!!

I had to have my car towed from Prineville hospital To my mechanic in Bend. I work at the hospital here in Prineville, when I went to get into my car this afternoon, it sounded like a jet engine was coming from my rear tire. The car Was not drivable. It took about an hour and a half for the Tow truck to arrive. The driver, Ryan was kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. The tow rig was clean. I had to ride to Bend in the tow rig; Ryan made pleasant conversation, I felt safe and cared for. Thank you Litsus towing.

. The driver Denied my service animal, violated federal and state laws!!! Put my life and a $25,000 lifeline life at risk. Filed reports to DOJ Boli and Oregon tow board. The lady on the phone has no right to be rude. You violated federal law not me. You're attitude is the reason I'll be going to the news station! Your no better than other tow companies i've used through the years with a service animal. You discriminated against disabled people who depend on their service animal. See you in court

Our van was under the warranty and the local dealer’s service department contracted to tow our cargo van. The service was great, the service/driver person was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Great experience!
