Elisha was awesome, it took about 5 Minutes to arrive and about 10 minutes to get the car loaded. Delivered the car to the shop and provided us a ride as well. Excellent service!

I thought the reviews were good, however my experience was NOT. Waited 2 hours and no show then got hit with a cancelation fee! Hard to understand dispatch except when he chewed me out for not answering my phone(which I DID). Did this company change hands? Never been treated so poorly in my life. Do NOT recommend this company!

I can't say enough good things about this service. I was already having a crappy day and then my car started acting up. I called, immediately got someone on the phone. She was a gem, just a peach. I needed to get home so I could let my dogs out and they were kind enough to pick up my car without me there, thank goodness. Tyler dropped my car off at my house and he was an angel. I would recommend this service to anyone in Baldwin! Thank you guys so much! It's so great to have such a great towing service local! Never can tell when something will happen and you need one! A+++ Also, surprised the HECK out of me with such reasonable prices!

High prices! Their truck must be made of gold and storage lot has to be sitting on a oil deposit! Watch out for them trying to raise your bill by DOUBLING the storage fee everyday. They will gladly take your title to settle the enormous bill.
