Good inventory, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Owner is interested in helping clients get a house they want which may require customization. Most vendors only want to move product built to standard designs, this is what I experienced visiting tiny house manufacturers in Colorado. LHOT is willing to work with you to get you the unit you want.

They have great tiny homes and is good place to shop if you're looking for tiny home. you can customize your home and have it built to your liking. sales people are very knowledgeable and professional and treat you well. they aslo help you with the financing

Sal is a great guy who is very nice and spent time with us and we are happy with his service and we will be happy to buy a tiny house from Sal who's the owner.

The homes were nice and appeared solid, but I was unimpressed with the storage. One model (with a loft) had no storage under the stairs??? Wasted space! When I walked into the office and met Sal, the office was a mess, including a blanket on the floor (which Sal kicked away when I walked in) that had puke on it. Not the way to gain my confidence in the place. I will go to a more reputable dealer.
