This is just my personal experience, but I’m really disappointed with the service I received here. I’ve brought my car in multiple times and every visit seems to create a new issue instead of solving the original problem. After spending close to $1,000, my car is still not fixed, and I feel like I didn’t get clear explanations about what was actually done or why the problems kept getting worse. I understand cars can be complicated, but I expected better communication, transparency, and actual results after paying that much. I really hope the shop improves how they diagnose issues and how they treat customers going forward. Little tire is their name only, not their cap abilities. On multiple occasions I have used them for moderate overhauls, suspension, engine part replacement, etc, far past the tire and wheel that their name suggests. A great group, hard workers, skilled techs and they care about the quality of why they do, which is represented when you pick up your car. I’m thankful I can continue to do business with them here, and look forward to continuing the relationship.

Great staff, got my alignment done within an hour, I was supposed to get an tire rotation as well However, staff members informed me that all of my tires needed to be replaced, and instead of trying to get me to buy tires from them they simply informed me that it should be my top priority to get new tires. They weren’t driven by the prospect of getting me to buy tires from them, instead they seem to be looking out for me in my best interest. Rather than going forward with the rotation informed me that I should get new tires, and that they would not do the rotation on my vehicle due to the fact that it would be pointless. The price was great, only 120 for an alignment on my 2016 Toyota Camry, great place will visit again for vehicle needs.
