I’ve used this company several times now, and every experience has been exceptional. Their responsiveness, kindness, and skill have made them an absolute lifesaver for me while traveling in my RV. Just this morning, I called them in a pretty emotional state after being locked out of my RV due to a door issue. I was convinced the door would need to be broken into or even replaced. Instead, they arrived immediately and had it open in what felt like no time, definitely under 20 minutes. I had spent hours the night before trying to fix it myself and even ended up getting a hotel because I couldn’t get back into my own home. Cannot say enough good things about Little’s Diesel. Our car was smoking and even though they were clearly busy, they still squeezed us in to diagnose the issue. Billy went above and beyond — they didn’t have the part on hand, but he took the time to look it up online, printed out all the information, and even included the serial number so we knew exactly what we needed. When we went to pay, he didn’t charge us a thing. That level of honesty, kindness, and customer care is rare these days. If you’re looking for a diesel shop you can truly trust, this is it. Awesome Service = called ahead for a slow air leak on my motorhome front tire (315/80), spoke with service manager and received good directions. Chase, Mike, and Lance were fantastic! I developed a check engine light in my diesel pusher motorhome 25 miles outside of page Arizona, And 1800 miles from home. I called Little's and they were there at 8 AM the next morning. Chase was my tech and not only was he super professional and a very, very nice man, he fixed me up and got me running right in the campground. Did everything he said he would do in a friendly and courteous manner. Top-notch operation, and helped me on my journey. More businesses should operate this way. We are so grateful for the honest, creative and quality service we received at Little’s. Our Class A RV was having issues when we were on our way to the North Rim Grand Canyon, and a local fuel truck driver recommended Little’s to us as a place he trusted. Not only did Billy correctly diagnose our issue over the phone, but the shop took us quickly and, through some above and beyond creativity, got us back on the road just a few hours later! Highly recommend to anyone, and definitely suggest calling ahead as they’re very helpful on the phone, and the more prior information they have, the more swiftly they can help. They have a rig that can tow semis and RVs, too.
