Nick was so awesome - I urgently needed to buy special oil for my rental car before a very long, early trip the next morning and didn't realize it until 4 minutes before Napa Auto Parts' closing time. I spoke with Nick over the phone, explained the situation and he told me he'd stay a little late so I could purchase the oil and travel safely the following day. He waited for me to show up (a few minutes after hours) and then helped confirm the correct oil. Super great guy! Thanks so much, Nick and Napa Auto Parts!

Great location, always seemed to have what I needed, they also work on vehicles and sell tires. Friendly staff and they get you in and out quickly. I had an issue with a hitch one time, I had forgotten the key to my hitch lock and I needed to install a different size ball, they helped me out by cutting the hitch lock off and sold me another ball so I could haul a U-Haul trailer. Got me back on the road.

Thanks to the entire staff for their absolutely amazing help today. They were able to help me rig up a new remote oil filter mount for my RV generator. They did a perfect job and it is back up and running! Thank you again.

Other shops had told us to change the tire that could not be repaired, While they are honest and with $40 they saved our vacation.They are the best!! the lady will remain in our hearts!
