I was very disappointed with the lack of diagnostic ability to find the issue with my Durango. It honestly felt like they just didn't want to deal with it. I took it in for a P308 (Misfire on cylinder #8) I had already replaced the plugs, coils, and the #8 injector. They allegedly went through the diagnostic steps (including a compression test.) I was told I had installed a bad injector & that I should order an OEM injector. I ordered the injector. It was a waste of about $75 or so. When I took out the first new injector I installed, I checked the ohms with a $500 Fluke digital multimeter. It was the exact same reading as the more expensive injector I had just purchased. On 1-26-26 My wife and I took our Nissan truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Couldn't have had a more pleasant experience as we waited. I had no idea we had to have a key to remove the lugs from the wheels I was never given a key at purchase or advised of this from the dealership. Litz took the lugs off somehow and replaced them at no charge to me. I didn't want to have to wait at Nissan in Newnan again for hour after hour so thought I'd give Litz a try. GLAD I did. They will get all my truck maintenance and whatever comes up from now on. Great people!
