Came here early in the morning cause my slow leak turned into a flat tire 💔 The staff here was super kind and also quick.. Very courteous group of guys! They plugged my tire, filled it with air and I was on my way to start my day. Although this was my first time here, I’ll definitely be coming back! I’ll also be referring my friends and family to this business for all of their auto needs when they’re in the area.

My 2017 Lexus RX 350 was in need of 4 new tires, an oil change and new brakes all the way around. Of course the Lexus dealership wanted a ton of money for these services, so I began to call around to some local shops. Now-I ain’t gone lie-I was afraid because I’ve always taken my car to the Lexus dealership for service. I definitely didn’t want to place my car in the hands of someone that would provide lower quality work-which would bring the value of my car down drastically in the long run. But, the staff at this repair shop made me feel very comfortable. They knew and totally understood my concerns. I caught a flat in the neighborhood today and happened to be a block away from this shop. Pulled up, Sam put his guy John on it immediately and he was able to fix the tire quickly and send me back to work in less than 30 minutes. I asked him to just put the spare on and he thought the original tire could be fixed and did so. Amazing work! Appreciate when good people take care of others in distress.

Took my truck in for heating problem. They say it's the heater core $550. Call me to pick it up and had me waiting an hour. Comes out and say yeah I replaced the heater core and the thermostat (never asked for a thermostat, wasn't what he told me when he diagnosed it) but you have crack head gasket. I get the car back all of a sudden I'm have cracked head symptoms. $800 he say, I paid that and still my truck is running worst then ever. Didn't put my thermostat back in original spot. They rigged it somehow (pics). Also bought two new tires and one has a leak, rim wasn't sealed correctly. Just an all around horrible experience I'm still putting out money for. So unprofessional.

Superior customer service and empathy for customers. I was treated like family and felt I was being cared for in a way I have never before at any auto shop. That being said, They failed to notice over MULTIPLE REPAIRS and THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS what was actually causing the recurring problems with my cooling system. I went to a different shop after I moved and learned the truth within an hour--exhaust from my engine was leaking into my cooling system causing high pressures and system failure. He took my car for a couple of weeks even when he was extremely understaffed and replaced the head gas
