The driver was very courteous and kind before he even got the SUV onto the truck he came over and calmed me down help me stop crying and make sure I was smiling before he started the job.... after he made sure that I was okay ....he loaded the truck very professionally... Drove very professionally and dismounted the SUV WITH MUCH CAUTION.. then checked with me again to make sure that I was okay before he left me at the car dealership I AM VERY thankful for the Senior Driver

I’m not sure who’s driving the livingstons transport but a white guy literally pulled behind me in this truck and we’re all sitting in bumper to bumper traffic, got out and cursed me out. I was afraid he was going to hit my car. He’s yelling and screaming to get out of the way and no one could move. He then lays on his horn attempting to hit my car. No one could go anywhere!!! We all literally had to move as much as we could to let him by. The owner really should talk to his workers. Having an Aggressive Attitude while driving is dangerous and someone could’ve really got hurt!!! I called the company but no answer.

I have used this towing company several times and have made only good experiences, it's an excellent service!

Wow truck driver tried to kill me this morning he followed me very aggressively non stop I tried getting away several times. I just called police on them do not use this company very scary. Clearly wanted to cause an accident or push my vehicle off the road.

Horrible service very rude and disrespectful didn’t even care enough for my car while towing it and very expensive
