Out of state and our car wouldn't start at the hotel. Everyone i talked to was so kind and caring. The driver arrived in about 15 minutes, which was great!
I sent them my address and they not only went to the wrong address 20 minutes away, but then proceeded to tell me I must’ve put the address in wrong and insinuate that I am stupid. News flash— I put the correct address.
Great service aswell as great communication fast timing plus also provided a discount and worked with my budget. I’m an honest man this man is doing a great job tower my car few times no flaws no issues.
This is unbelievable! Livio Towing was contacted by my insurance company at 6:06pm. Livio called and confirmed. By 6:22pm my car was running! Legit. These folks are for real!
Roadside assistance had arranged the pickup, Truck arrived on schedule. Great service.
