LJI Collision Center Beachwood

I picked up my vehicle from LJI Collision Center today, October 29th at 11:10 AM, and in my experience, I would not recommend this shop. My 2-month-old car went in for deer damage with zero scratches beforehand. When I picked it up, I later discovered multiple scratches throughout the vehicle, including on the newly installed bumper, and the car was not detailed as I was told it would be. When I called to address it, I was told to drive back—an hour each way—only to feel as though I was being treated like I was making the issue up. The detailer personally told me he had not touched or detailed my car, meaning it was released to me before the job was complete. Excellent business! They provided good communication before and during repairs. Everything was done as described and promised. They did first-rate work. The paint matched exactly. Renting a car from them was convenient. Shop and customer area are clean and pleasant. Highly recommend!

I wish I could share a before/ after picture! The crew here is talented. I did a walk-in estimate for my Acura MDX Type S. Due to getting paint work, it took about 5 days in total for the repair. Picked my car up and the work was done flawlessly. Bonnie & her team did a phenomenal job. I received top of the line service during the entire process. I hope I don’t have to come to them again, but if I do, it will be a no brainer. Highly recommend this place. Top Quality work & reasonably priced!

I recently got into an accident requiring a door replacement and new tires. From start to finish working with LJI was EASY. They are kind, calm, and communicative at all times. They worked with me in making the best decisions and did perfect work in an extremely timely manner. They are a business that cares about their customers and the quality of their work. I called here last week as Mercedes Benz of Bedford recommended them, I have purchased many cars from them so I trusted the recommendation and would have taken my car to them as I always have, but they informed me they no longer have a body shop, but I was excited there was an equally qualified alternative. I Let the lady who answered the phone at LJI collision center know I was being sent to an MERCEDES CERTIFIED SHOP PER the insurance adjuster, not an issue at all where I take it or the price per what I was told. Even with this information she went on and on about how progressive does not want to pay their prices, I tried to assure her it was not an issue as the damage is not extensive and told her I would call back Monday.
