Wheely Clean Car Wash

10x more professional than Take 5…They’ve installed new equipment and my car is so much cleaner. Their employees don’t seem miserable like Take 5, but would have been nice to know they were closed for weeks to change ownership. Otherwise hands down the easiest for me on my way to work to get a car wash…I hope they stay this way!

The establishment in chagrin actually took their time to make sure all of the snow was off of my car in the initial power wash! They did really good!

I'm giving you three stars altho the customer services is great. NOBODY told us take 5 was coming down I lost a month's of services wheely is not honoring. Plus my tires has no shine I told them I went through again and absolutely nothing. AND FOR YOU to turn around and try to charge my card again after I lost a month of service is absolutely crazy . Take 5 wash was excellent the wash was longer, this place is about one min and you're out I had the best wash with take 5 I'm going to miss them guess I have to go to seg wash now smh .. Do better! I am going to put a review on here everyday until we get our month of free services back I mean that..

Make sure you have plenty of time if you go here. They assume you know their format and setup, but as a newbie I didn't. Some nice gal in the vacuum line finally gave me some info on their setup. I ended up in the wrong line, so then I had to drive thru the wash a second time and it's still going to be another 25 min while they do the inside. If this was a usual tight schedule day I would have to leave without the service paid for because of how long this is taking. A definite lesson for me~ don't come here unless you can commit to an hour. I hope they at least do a decent job. Oh, and it's not touchless, fyi.

The car wash and service are good, but I can't get a response about being overcharged. I signed up for the $30 for 3 months promotion in December, but I was charged $50 in January. I've tried calling twice and emailing once over the past few weeks and no one has responded. I should've paid for individual washes rather than a monthly plan. EDIT on 2/9/26: I called the number that the business shared below a week ago and no one has called me back. Do not give this business your credit card number!!!
