Seem like nice enough guys… But I sent them an email with the video of what I needed done and they said yeah we can do that… I drive down and the boss takes one look at it and says “No I’m not the guy” I get it. But that sure doesn’t change my experience. Nor does it mean you shouldn’t be a bit more apologetic when I wasted my time and gas…. And then ppl wonder why all the machine shops are closing…
