Worst customer service, they are rude. Don't call them, they are not nice people. They also can't provide a general parts for the car, they ask for a specific part. So if you have a salvaged car, you'll have no luck here unless you know every single part you need. Also better to use lkqonline website to search parts yourself than dealing with rude people on the phone.

If there were minus stars that is what i would give to rate this company service experience. After trying several waays to call in and talk to a person I was initially only given one option...to provide info for a health monitor device. in hindsight I could probably use that device to monitor my blood pressure when I FINALLY did get a person on the phone. By that time I had heard the "hold" recording about 50 times telling me how LKQ was one stop shopping place for truck parts. I had been on hold for 30 minutes. He asked me if I had an account. I said I was from Terex, a worldwide brand. He told me I didn't have account. I told him I was interested in finding a part for a "truck down critical" and that an account could be established if the part was available. He said he couldn't help me.

DELIVERED A LOAD HERE , RECEVING GUY IS REALLY GOOD BUT THE OTHER ONE NOT SURE SUPERVISOR OR WHAT HE WAS REALLY A RUDE AND SENCELESS DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE . IF YOU DNT LIKEYOUR JOB JUST QUIT .

I don't have a sense of entitlement, and I am not afraid of hard work. These owners care about people. Sorry that others have unreasonable expectations and want to slow walk through their day. Waanh. This company is trying to do their best to improve itself through growth and development. We want to make a good product. These previous posts do not reflect the attitude of those who go to work everyday dedicated to the Lkq cause.

The management at this company is TRASH!!! Great employee's but the people running this company have no appreciation for there workers. Not mentioning any names (Shay). This guy is so disrespectful and degrades everyone on the production floor. LKQ corporate office needs to take the time to ask people about there personal opinion and how they are treated at the Bellingham WA location. Im quite sure 95% of the workers would agree. The bathrooms are unsanitary, everyone is underpaid,and extremely disrespected. This family who stared the business should have been removed once LKQ bought it. The management will clearly have negative reflection in LKQ's buisness. I wish the very best for all thee's good people who are treated so poorly at this company. All of you deserve better.
