I had a very frustrating experience with the phone service at LKQ Salvage in Joplin. When you call, they immediately answer with “we’ll be right with you” and don’t even give you a chance to speak. There’s no greeting, no introduction, and no effort to actually help the customer at the start of the call. A basic “Hello, this is LKQ, how can I help you?” would go a long way. Customers should be given the opportunity to explain why they’re calling instead of being rushed off the phone right away. It comes across as dismissive and unprofessional, and it really leaves a bad first impression.If you want, I can also make a shorter, sharper version (the kind that tends to get more attention on Google reviews).
Went in with my baby to pick a part up. We had a long drive and my boy was screaming. Not only were they understanding, but they brought my part out to me while I comforted my baby. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. 10/10 satisfied with the customer service and my mirror replacement.
These guys totally took good care of me. They messed up an order and corrected that order and cut me a deal to make up for their mistake. Now THAT is Customer service. I'll be returning for certain. They got my business
Great customer service, they called me to let me know my part was ready to be picked up. They even searched for other parts that I needed in order to get me the best deal. I definitely would recommend them for all your needed repair parts.
Tried calling to talk to someone, but I guess their customer service isn’t the best, or not when they’re openly in the wrong. The wrong part was delivered to my shop, Mac? (Not sure the name but the clown who called) was sure the shop does not know what they are doing or it’s a shipping issue or whatever other excuses he wanted to use. Photos sent, showing the difference in transmissions, he’s still wanting to argue it’s the shops fault. Went as far as to recommend taking to a different shop. Then spam calls 5 times in less than a minute after being put on a brief hold for not even 5 seconds. I’m assuming to say a delivery truck is being sent out to collect their mess up, I am not sure, they never picked up any call when I tried calling back.
