LKQ Memphis

It was hard to contact someone at Memphis branch. I was transferred to a voice mail twice and Noone called back. I finally got someone at 800 number. When I went to warehouse the guy I left message with assisted me. Said he didn't get message then another customer came in complaining about the same situation. When I said I was going to post a review he then asked about my day.

Ordered black leather seats, moldy gray and black showed up, only to be told they can't guarantee color? Useless! Appreciate the waste of time

Very friendly employees they loaded my truck quite fast. My complaint is this was a load of engine and transmission cores and they have leaked used oil all in the floors of my trailer. I will have to clean and seal my floors now as I do food and medical grade moves and they will not load this trailer smelling like a salvage yard. If this had been convey to me a salvage return load I would have declined the load. But now I have dead headed 1 hour for a late afternoon pickup and stuck with it.

Previously visited 6 salvage yards. Resulted in such disappointment. A guy directed me to the new location and it was a blessing. After hours of looking and couldn't find it. Came here and they had it. I was so happy. The part came the next day and I was back rolling. And to add toppings. I received half of my money back..

Ordered my parts and they had them there on time... Both the person on the phone and the person at the desk was nice... The price was great... Thank you guys so much...
