Order parts John parts guy says one day and they never show up. Ordered a passenger side turbo on 9/8/25 after 4 attempts bringing me left side or wrong turbo all together. I was promised correct one today, called to make sure it was coming and big surprise it wasn’t. Told it was at will call so I drove down there to find wrong parts again. Worst of all no one cares. Reached all the way out to Matt Porter the boss and was told I’d get a call this morning.. still waiting! Ordered a hood a month ago told I’d see it in a week.. took 3 weeks John forgot to place the order. How does someone who takes orders forget to place them?!? The whole organization is in need of a change. I can never depend on these people to deliver correct parts on time like they quote. Pick of two turbos that were wrong

I wish I could give this place a zero because my experience was truly frustrating. The moment I picked up the phone, I encountered a representative who was not only dismissive but shockingly rude. When I was asked for specific information that I didn’t have on hand, I politely requested a moment to gather it. Instead of patience, I was met with the remark, “I can’t help you then,” followed by an abrupt hang-up. To make matters worse, when I tried to call back, the associate funneled me straight to a voicemail (multiple times) that was already full! It’s safe to say this has been one of the most disappointing interactions I’ve had with any company in quite a while.

Terrible place to do business with. Bought a radiator, 3 days later it came in, radiator was busted , had to wait 5 days for another one. 2 weeks later I ordered another part , took 3 days for them to get it from their local warehouse 2 miles away. Drove 50 miles to pick it up and their system was down . When I called (800# this location has no one to answer phones) to confirm the item came in and told them I was on my way, they didn't think it was something to mention that i can't pick up my part . Have to wait till Monday now cause they are closed on Saturday. Was told to call the 800 number which is outta state ,to find out if this location has their network up . LQK is a multi billion dollar business and this location is run like a 10 cent popsicle stand in Antarctica .

Worst service imaginable then on top of that they never answer the damn phone, if I could give them negative stars I would! Don’t waist your time.

May you please answer the phone! I'm trying to return my transmission. I've called 20 times no answer. I'm willing to change my rating just help me return the transmission you guys sold me . It does not work .
