DO NOT Trust LKQ Penn-Mar Inc! I’ve never had a more frustrating and infuriating experience with a company in my life. LKQ Penn-Mar Inc. has sent three faulty transmissions to my dealer, each one being completely unusable. As a result, I’ve been without a car for over two months — and counting! What makes this whole situation even worse is the appalling lack of customer service and empathy. When I reached out to the supervisor for help, I was met with rudeness and a condescending attitude. Not only did they completely dismiss my concerns, but their tone was incredibly disrespectful. Due to the utter incompetence and poor workmanship of this company, my travel plans have been on hold for months now due to the faulty parts that were provided.

When i asked where to pick up my part i was sent on a wild goose chase. No one was apologetic, for wasting my time. Worst customer service ever. I don't think any amount saved was worth the headache. When compared to my past visit to Advance Auto, i would much rather give them my money
