Call center staff need to be nicer and more polite when talking to customers. Honestly, I’ve reached a point where I’d rather pay more somewhere else just to avoid calling them.

Good parts/price, got hung up on by accounting (Tracy) because they keep losing my companies tax form. Pickup and delivery times are always off etc. Their drivers are their best assets. At least they come deliver your parts with a smile.

As a small business owner of a garage. I gave this place multiple chances to “wow me” or just simply being a good place to do business with. In the past month I’ve been there 3 times. Each time the lady that sits in the office is completely RUDE to workers along with customers on the phone. While I’m waiting for service per the usual (it takes forever) another business customer called in and had the wrong dept. in which she rudely said they needed to go to another dept. cold transferred them and hung up the phone calling them an idiot. If you hate your job that bad I think you should leave. Always unorganized and excuse after excuse as to why they are unorganized. By reading the reviews I see why they have such a horrible rating. This leaving this review. This place is complete unorganized and unaware of their own inventory. Constantly messing up orders and now I will out source my former work from them to online retailers. Terrible worker attitudes and work ethic, they don’t care what goes on or happens must be lack of strong management leader.

Need to teach there drivers to have respect for other drivers …one of your drivers cussed me out because your guys employees park all over the lot and expect a 53 foot trailer to maneuver into a spot like there little box truck
