L&M Auto Repair

Just had my Grand Caravan in for it's 100000 mile checkup and maintenance. Also had some front end work , tie rods, front end alignment etc. All done in a day and they are very clear as too what and when repairs need to be done, then show you photos and quotes so you can pick and choose and ok the work right on the app. L&M is hands down the Best independent auto shop in Wichita! And as I always tell my friends and acquaintances, if you take your car or truck to anywhere else you take a chance on not getting it done correctly and paying too much! I've been using their services for all my vehicles for over 12 years and I have never been dissatisfied.

The service from the staff was excellent at all times. The ease of booking an appointment online is fantastic. They kept me informed about the progress and findings while inspecting my car. The information sent via text message and the links to view photos and descriptions are phenomenal, and the way to authorize the work makes thinks much easier. Regarding the repair cost seemed a bit high to me (reason of 4 stars) for replacing a radiator hose and a quick heater hose connector, but since I really need the repair, I talk to them about it and they helped me offering a great finance option that helped a lot to get the repair done. So far it seems they did a great job with the repairs and I trust that it is so, since they claim to be FORD experts. Also it is great to have a 2 years or 25,000

I took my car to L&M for the 1st time. I was well pleased. I know I will be taking my car back if I need any work done on my car. They are people you can trust. I also will be recommending any that needs work done on their vehicle to go to L&M

Fast, courteous, reasonable price, I was surprised with how quickly they got me in and out. I highly recommend them. Replaced serpentine belt, water pump, and thermostat. Had me back on the road in less than a day from the initial inquiry call!

This wasn't the first time I used them. As far as I can tell, they took care of everything we discussed. So far , so good. I can truly tell the difference . I like that they text you what they propose needs to be done and you check off what you agree or reject . I like that a lot . They are very accommodating. They've always had a loaner car or provided transportation. Good and true customer service is so rare these days.
